Abalou Capoeira is still in Goteborg!

The Abalou Capoeira has restarted the Clases in Landala, not anymore with Monitor Kula but now with Professor Besouro from Alagoas (Brazil).

In This mounth (octuber 2008) Abalou Capoeira Sweden already had a workshop during one weekend with Mestre Villar, the Master of the group. Rui Villar is a Capoeira Master and Fitness Instrutor, originaly from Sergipe (Brazil) now lives in Madrid.

Batizado Abalou Capoeira 2008 - "Bimba Vive"

The Batizado Abalou Capoeira 2008 happen in Madrid during the last days of April, the organization was responsability of Mestre Villar. Three days with non stop capoeira.. special guests from Brazil Mestre Marinaldo, from Portugal Mestre Nininho and from Spain Mestre Madera.

During this weekend, there was opurtunity to watch a movie about Mestre Bimba, called "Capoeira Iluminada", it was about Mestre Bimba Life and the history of Capoeira.

On the Last day of the event, the great day for the person who receive their graduation. There were Capoeira Teachers from Abalou Capoeira Professor Alvaro, Monitor Kula and Graduado Paco. And also Capoeira Teachers from other capoeira groups: Professor Chicao, Professor Coelho, Professor Fau, Professor Gigante, Professor Sandalia, Graduado Xicote, Graduado King and Graduado Bandas.

It was a great day for the capoeira, with teachers from diferents groups giving their contribute for the grown of this Martial Art. All together with same Objectives.
